I agree that there are malicious people on-line. My co-worker just got her Mother's day flowers delivered yesterday (5/21/2012) 8 days late. The flowers were ordered through 1-800 flowers with a guaranteed delivery. When the flowers were not delivered on time they were canceled on (5/15/2012). She wasn't in the office when the flowers were finally delivered and we didn't know the issues and signed for flowers. She called the florist to tell them that the order was canceled and she didn’t want these flowers. She was given the excuse that they were overwhelmed with orders and had bad weather. Then she hung up on my co-worker twice while she was trying to explain why she didn't want the flowers. Horrible customer service!!!!

I agree with Kazpur. One of the problems with the net is that one unvetted person with malicious intent can damage reputations. I've done business with these folks for years and they ALWAYS come through doing what they say when they say it. The product they deliver, is unfailingly beautiful and more than you get for the same money elsewhere.

I've done business twice with Dassel's Florist and both times sincerely impressed. I understand that a disgruntled former employee has been writing poor reviews which is unfortunate. My experiences were Valentine's Day with a beautiful long stem roses arrangement that they delivered within 2 hours of ordering and a brilliant "get well" arrangement. I wish I could add photos so that you can see them first hand. I don't write many reviews, but when i was looking up their number for today's order I saw two poor reviews. The delivery person informed my girlfriend about the (former) employee. It's too bad when people lash out because they are unwilling to accept their own shortcomings. I didn't write a review the first time, but now I feel compelled. If you are having any doubts, Dassel's does an amazing job. You won't be disappointed.

Awesome Arrangement!!

I had looked up Dassel's by chance. I had done a Google Maps search for a florist and found Dassel's close to my girlfriend's home. The Valentine's arrangement of roses and baby's breath was brilliant with stems nearly 3 feet long. I recently bought a second arrangement that was an assortment of flowers as a "get well" and they were one of the nicest I have seen (I'm 50 and buy a lot of flowers!). If you're in the C Springs area, I highly recommend them.

I would not recommend this florist. They have poor customer service. I called twice and was told to call back. The third time I called they took my number to call me back. I was told at this time there was a minimum purchase cost in order to deliver flowers. I was okay with that, but they should have told me sooner in the process. They then told me it would be more convenient for them to not do same day delivery as I requested. I called in before noon. If they would have taken my call one of the first times I called maybe that would not have been a problem. I did not call on any holiday. I was very dissatisfied with the customer service all around.

This is the worst place ever.....

This is the worst place ever....very evil....they go through several employees a year because the crazy owner will not pay on time if at all. They only keep the desperate and usually no one know what is going on there......many many bad experiences. And court dates. If you ever read a good review it is probably from someone working there and sucked into thinking they will make a difference in a very bad situation.

Loved My Flowers!!!

I recently graduated from college. As a congratulatory present my family threw me a gorgeous party, my uncle could not be there, so he sent the floral centerpiece to make up for it. The arrangement was one of the most beautiful I have ever seen!!! There were orchids, birds of paradise, and many other tropical flowers that I do not know the name of. The designer, or designers, obviously put a lot of time in thinking it out because of all the intricate details of the arrangement. The orchids were submerged in water with some type of grass in a glass cylinder. The cylinder had a tray on top of it with small colored lights and a huge array of tropical flowers arranged beautifully in it. I was stunned at the originality of the piece and that it lasted for two weeks after the party!!! I will definitely be using Dassel's Florist for all of my flower needs from now on!!!

Horrible Service and Flowers!!!

I order a flower arrangement for Mothers Day and I received a plant! They delivered it two weeks after Mother's Day. You bet I was mad!

Worst Flower Shop Ever

I came to the store on a tuesday and found that the store was locked when the store hours sign said it should have been open. I knocked on the door and a woman dressed to do something closer to house cleaning than floral work unlocked the door. The store had a nice variety of decorative products but it was so caked with dust it was really hard to tell. Needless to say, my allergies started to act up. Most of what was in the store was overpriced as well, considering I had seen most of it at Hobby Lobby on clearance last year. The arrangments in thier cooler had many old and wilted flowers. I wanted to buy a dozen rosesfor a friend, but when I pulled the flowers out of the cooler, one of the roses lost all its petals. I stood at the counter for another 10 minutes before anyone came out to help me. They would only discount the roses from $70 to $65. When I visited my friend two days later, all of the flowers were dead. Even when I tried to get ahold of the owner to give her my complaint,

Exceptional Quality and Beautiful Arrangement!

If you want the biggest "bang for the buck" shop at Dassels Florist for your flower needs. I have often wondered about the legitimacy of the reviews posted on line & if they were written by family and friends or actual customers. After having the pleasure of receiving a BEAUTIFUL floral arrangement and AWESOME plant basket from Dassel's and finding myself writing a review I can personally tell you this is a legitimate review. Both the plant basket and floral arrangement were beautiful & lasted about 10 days due to their grade "A" quality. I was sooo thrilled with the quality of the flowers/plants that I now use Dassels Florist exclusively when ordering flowers for family, friends and employees. Their customer service is next to none.
