I love their food but they need to make it easier for people who are disabled to be able to get in and out of restaurant! Maybe add automatic doors! My friend and I enjoy coming their just to get out but we both use walkers and it's so hard to get in and out the doors! Just a suggestion!

I was very surprised recently to be refused a refund for a salad that was smothered in croutons. Both the assistant manager and owner stated that since I had selected the no receipt option, I could have purchased it at another Culver's wanting a refund from them. I was dumbfounded. I offered to provide a copy of my bank statement to no avail. When I mentioned I was gluten intolerant, they didn't seem to care. I guess not everyone is aware of celiac issues. For the most part though, I don't think customers in general drive around purchasing food at one franchise and seek reimbursement at another. I guess there are getting to be plenty of gluten friendly restaurants, I don't need to go back to this one.
