The owner of this business took advantage of my Daughter when she brought in her ROTC uniforms to the cleaners and would not own up to their mistake.
She brought home a claim ticket for $51 for her items and when we came back to pick up the clothes we were charged $72 for her items.... The owner said that they made a mistake on the amount of clothes that were charged but did not want to honor the original ticket. I run my own business and when I make a mistake like that I don't charge the customer more, I eat it and learn from the mistake. This owner was rude and could care less. It's how you handle the mistake and not the mistake itself. We will never go there again because of their rudeness and lack of caring!

"Where's your proof?"

That's what the gentlemen at the store asked me after ruining three of my dress shirts by not following instructions. Not only did they not offer to replace the cost of my shirts, they refused to refund what I'd paid for their lousy service. So now I have to go to small claims court or the Better Business Bureau.

I'd advise you not to trust them with your alterations, because they do not communicate, they do not follow instructions, and they do not stand behind their work.
