Super impressed with Colorado Custom Blinds and Malia (owner) and Bryan (installer). We needed 10 blinds replaced in our home, some large, some small, and some very high up. We contacted 5 blind companies to make presentations and provide cost estimates. After all the presentations, Colorado Custom Blinds was the easy choice based on quality, service, and cost. We ordered 10 blinds through Malia and they arrived sooner than expected and Bryan installed them in less than 40 minutes, awesome! We love our blinds and highly recommend Colorado Custom Blinds to any homeowner or business who need blinds.

I needed new blinds and shades in three rooms of my home and I found Malia as I was browsing through websites. I called her and she came out in just a few days and gave me ideas for blinds in two of the rooms as well as shades in a great room. The quote came in within hours of her leaving my home.

Additionally, I had some sun discolored/warped Hunter Douglas Shutters that I had no luck getting replaced by other companies, and Malia cheerfully said "Let me try". Within a day, Malia was back with me and Hunter Douglas was willing to replace the damaged shutters under warranty. What service Malia was able to get for me!

Products were ordered and goods received in a timely fashion. Brian, came out on three occasions to install my shutters, blinds and shades, as we had to work around window installation. He was prompt each time, took pride in his work and did not rush through the installation. He explained in detail how each item worked, how to care for it and even helped us set up the remote blue tooth for our shades.

I love the fact that Malia and team are a small independent company and take pride in customer service and offer excellent products. I would use their services again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of window coverings.

Here is the wishlist of what my wife and I hoped for when we took the plunge and bought our new window treatments: 1. a person who listened to what we wanted, offered their expertise, and took their time as we asked questions; a straightforward price quote that fit within our budget; high-quality shades; delivery on time; expert installation; followup to make sure we were happy with our purchase. We hit the jackot and got them all!. Our combination of motorized shades for unreachable windows and manual shades for the windows below, has been one of the higest quality, affordable, and worry-free renovations that we have done . I cannot urge you enough to call Malia at Colorado Custome Blinds Shades and Shutters. It was the smartest home improvement call we have ever made.

This was such an easy experience. I had been calling one of the bigger companies who would not return phone calls. I contacted Colorado Custom Blinds and the owner immediately returned my call, arrived early at my new construction house and had taken all of the measurements before I even arrived. 15 minutes later we had everything ordered, no pressure when I decreased the order and she kept me up to date on arrivals and installations. The window coverings are perfect and I would highly recommend this company!

Malia and the staff at Colorado Custom Blinds exceeded my expectations with a fast delivery and installation to replace all the blinds in my home before selling. Malia personally measure all the windows, brought samples, matched them to the windows, and coordinated installation and removal of the old set. Tom, the installer, was fast, courteous, and clean during installation. All of this at a competitive price. Great customer service, quality, and timeliness!

Malia, the owner was fantastic! I was able to get an appointment quickly and she came out to my house to discuss options. She was professional and friendly and immediately put me at ease. She understood what I didn't want and even better, what I did want, even though I did not know the exact name of it. She showed me samples. I liked that the hardware of the shades were more recessed than hardware of other shades of other companies, that I considered. (I did not want the hardware sticking out so much that it was noticeable.) There were no surprises. When a quote was made, it was for the exact amount. Malia said it would take 3 weeks for the custom blinds to arrive. It was 3 weeks. After the blinds arrived, we were able to get an appointment quickly with her installer Brian, who was professional and efficient and had the 6 blinds installed in about 30 minutes! I have honeycomb, light-blocking shades which is perfect to block the sun which shines so brightly in these rooms in the afternoon. With the shades down, the room is so much cooler than with our old blinds. There are cheaper products out there but I am so glad we went with this one because you get what you pay for. And I feel like we got top of the line shades at a reasonable price! I love my new shades! Thank you Malia!

Malia and her team were fantastic to work with! I?ve never ordered blinds before and I really just needed someone to tell me what to get. She was able to come over the same day I called to do all my window measurements and give advice on style and colors. The blinds came in earlier than expected and they were able to be installed two weeks later. Her prices were competitive and the actual installation for my entire house took less than 3 hours. Because of health issues, I cannot be around VOC's. Malia from Colorado Custom Blinds took the time to research what products she could offer me that were both health friendly and economical.
You just don't find customer service this good these days. The best part is that I LOVE the blinds and would definitely do business with them in the future.
