We recently hired this company to do some work in our home. When we initially called, the person I spoke to was very unknowledeable about the services they provided and the prices they would charge us. After getting past that obstacle, we decided to hire them because they had qouted us a good price. When the technician arrived, he was not only VERY late, but he smelled as if he had not bathed in a month and he acted like he was on something. We asked for pet treatment in a few areas of the house and for scotchguard and not only did they not get any of the stains out (which I later got out myself with a cleaner I purchased at the store) but the scotchguard appeared to be water. The technician they sent did not get all of the water up which caused the carpet to smell bad and he overcharged me by $90 and told me it was a service charge that must be paid in cash. After looking at the receipt, I noticed that they charged me tax, which I later found out its illegal to charge tax on a service, so after all of this, I called and asked to talk to the owner of the company and was promised a call back. After waiting 3 days with no return call, I called again and demanded to speak to him and when I finally told him what happened and how unhappy I was with all of thier services he laughed and basically said "Oh well". He never offered to have another tech come out (which I would have not wanted anyway but still...) and never offered any money back or anything. Our lawyer is in the process of drawing up the necessary papers to begin the litigation process as we speak. I was APPAULED with this company and beg any and everyone who reads this to stay FAR AWAY!
