I have never been to a chiropoactic before, I saw 2 girls at an event i was attending and they gave me a nice, well needed free massage, i set up an appt to receive a FREE adjustment and a free therapy,and oh my goodness, that was one of the best decisions of my life, i now attend there at Heuser chiropractic several times a week., I have never in my life felt this good/GREAT, Thank you to all the staff and therapists for helping me, I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD EVER FEEL THIS GREAT AGAIN, THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART

I CAN'T BELIEVE I FELL FOR THEIR SCAM, SHOULD HAVE KNOWN NOTHING IS FREE LIKE THEY ADVERTISE!! HIGH PRESSURE TACTICS THAT YOU GET FROM A USED CAR SALESMAN!

I have been to chiropractors in the past but Heuser has been my worst experience ever. The assistants gabbing about getting drunk over the weekend, lewd acts they'd like to do to a patient and a doctor who looks like he's frantic running around like a chicken with his head cut off. The place DOES treat you like a number in an assembly line and once was enough for my wife and I to call it enough!! Go up the street, there is a great place on Galley called N8 now they know how to treat their patients!!

I HAVE BEEN TO CHIROPRACTORS IN THE PAST BUT HEUSER WAS BY FAR THE MOST PROFESSIONAL AND CARING STAFF I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THE DOCTOR AND STAFF LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS WRONG, HOW THEY COULD HELP ME, AND THE TREATMENTS I HAVE HAD WITH THEM HAVE HELPED ME TREMENDOUSLY. WITHOUT THIS CARE, I WOULD STILL BE FEELING LOUSY AND GRUMPY!I KNOW THAT A DOCTOR WHO TAKES TIME TO EXAMINE YOU, AND TAKES THE TIME TO GO OVER FINDINGS WITH YOU, INSTEAD OF JUST TREATING YOU LIKE YOU ARE ON AN ASSEMBLY LINE IS THE KIND OF DOCTOR I WANTED AND I FOUND THAT DOCTOR AND THAT STAFF!THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HELPING ME AND DOING IT WITH SO MANY SMILES

I WISH I HAD NEVER GONE TO THIS PLACE!!!!! I HAD AN APPOINTMENT AFTER GETTING A FREE PAPER AT A 5 MINUTE MASSAGE IN THE MALL, I WAS TOLD I WOULD BE IN AND OUT AND HAD TO WAIT FOR ALMOST AN HOUR BEFORE BEING SEEN BY A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL CHIROPRACTOR AND HAVING TO PAY ALMOST 200 BUCKS FOR XRAYS. I DIDN'T EVEN GET ANY TREATMENT THE FIRST DAY. I WENT DOWN THE STREET AND WAS SEEN AND TREATED IMMEDIATELY THE SAME DAY THERE ARE ALOT OF BETTER PLACES TO GO IN THE SPRINGS THAN THIS PLACE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE SMART!!

My wife and I are firm believers in good chiropractic care. My wife has maintained steady chiropractic care for over 50 years. Our family has moved a few times during our marriage so we've been under the care of about 6 different chiropractors during that time.We moved to Colorado Springs in 2005, but didn't find out about Heuser Chiropractic until about six months ago. We have been going to Heuser ever since. Why?My wife injured her shoulder in a treadmill accident in 2004. This left her in an enormous amount of pain. We went to 3 different chiropractors to try to get the proper treatment so pain would be eliminated and she could function properly again. For 8+ years she experienced many sleepless nights, extreme headaches and depression due to this injury.All 3 chiropractors recommended the same treatments. All 3 times they failed to address the problem properly. We began to believe that my wife's situation was hopeless. We found ourselves going to the chiropractor to try to CURB her pain instead of trying ELIMINATE it.Then a friend told me about Heuser. I was skeptical at first because I thought to myself, "what can they do that is any different from the rest of the chiropractors we've been too"? I was also thinking, "besides, there must be 20 chiropractors between where I live and Heuser's office". Why drive that far? (About 8 miles)My friend kept encouraging me to take my wife to Heuser. So one day I reluctantly took her over to Heuser's office for our first visit.First off, we noticed that the staff at Heuser were friendly. "So what"! I thought. The other chiropractor offices were staffed with friendly people too. (Except one - they were cold and unfriendly to everybody). I've got to tell you though that there is something really nice about walking into a chiropractic clinic and being addressed by your first name. It made us feel special. Like we were friends. Like they truly cared.At this point we were still a bit skeptical, but a little less guarded. We came in on a coupon where they gave us a FREE spinal exam and one FREE chiropractic treatment. So we knew going in that we had nothing to lose. Sure, we had to pay for some xrays but that was a very small price to pay for the amount of time they spent assessing our condition and prescribing specific treatments. They took their time to educate us on how the body works and what they could do to get our spines back in alignment . They described the benefits we would receive as a result of a spine that is positioned to function properly.They were honest with us. My wife had been walking around with this shoulder injury for over 8 years and it was going to require several chiropractic treatments. By now, they had taken the time to help us understand the process and we believed that they could actually help my wife get rid of this painful problem.We understood it would take several treatments so we bought their package, and boy am I glad we did.My wife noticed improvement after the first treatment. She had to go for treatment about 3 to 4 times a week at first. It was a time commitment for sure.But my wife began to notice improvement within the first two weeks. Less pain. More mobility in that shoulder. We were encouraged by her progress so we kept her on a steady pace to receive treatment.After a short while, the doctor told my wife that he thought she could cut back to two times per week. Then it was once a week. And now she goes about once every other week just to maintain good spinal posture and keep the health flowing through her spinal column the way it was designed to work.I am thrilled that my wife is now almost completely healed. She no longer runs to the refrigerator every day to take out an ice pack for her hurting shoulder.She is now able to sleep through the night and she is a much happier person bec...

This place is horrible!! They treat their patients like an assembly line, they are very pushy and aggressive trying to get you to sign up for their "treatment plans"! I got a "free" card at one of their massages, but the hook was you had to get and pay for your own xrays. Despite all of their therapy there goal is not to put the patient first but to rack up a bill that you'll have to pay for a year. The worst part was the office manager, Debbie, she's a snake and never available to answer your questions. The best part was Casey in therapy/rehab and a doctor who no longer works there. I will never frequent this place again and hope you don't fall for their scam!!

We have been to 3 other Drs. in springs since we moved here 2 years ago. Can't thank you enough, my husband is in pain no more - whish we came here first

i really want to tell other people, this office helped my problem with my back and did it with patience, and a friendly staff and made me feel at home. Prices are affordable and monthly payments are offered. I have been to other chiropractors but these people made me feel really happy and healthy again!

This place saved my back. I tweeked my back somehow and couldn't move my head without shooting pain throughout my back for about 24 hours. The next day I went to Heuser and the treatments they recommended helped pretty much eliminate the pain. I felt better before I left the office! The next day I was able to move my head more than I could the previous day. So I went back to Heuser and again I felt better before I left. So now it has been 4 days since I went to Heuser the first time and I can't believe I am able to walk around without the pain I felt when I first hurt my back. If I were to injure my self again (which I'm sure will happen) I am going to go to Heuser because of the way they helped me this time. I am actually going to start to go about once a week for the next few months so hopefully they can help me from hurting my back over and over. I seriously thank you guys/gals at Heuser Chiropractic. You helped me so much. You saved my back.

I was told to not bring my children again...even though they were quiet and PATIENTS. Happened a few months back.

Excellent care by a friendly and helpful staff. It's not a spa, so don't expect fountains and candles. But, if you want your back fixed, this is a great place at a reasonable price for the area.

they messed up on my billing but they did fix it right away after i pointed it out to them. Then i went in to see Dr. Jones for my adjustment only to find out he is no longer with them. they should have notified me!! so i will no longer go there the other two doctors are ok but leave me sore so i wont go back!!

I am highly recommending Heuser Chiropractic to anyone. They have the friendlist staff and the best doctors I have ever experienced. Dr. Jones is a great doctor and really knows what he's doing. If you need a chiropractor, call them!!!!

I was seen at this clinic for a year and had my provider changed 3 times without my prior knowledge. The first provider I saw was fantastic and, unfortunately, did not stay on with their practice. I showed up for a normal appointment and was told then that my provider had changed. No phone call beforehand. The second provider was good, but my care suffered from the new approach to treating me. However, after several months of care with the second provider (Dr. Field) I was back on my road to wellness and graduated to once/month treatments. Unfortunately, I showed up for one of my monthly appointments to be told that Dr. Field had left and I would be seeing a new provider (no advanced notice again). After my care with the third provider I was in so much pain. I sought out Dr. Field on my own and had to have weekly adjustments to fix what the third provider had done. As a bonus, I just received a statement owing for the appointment with the third provider, which was supposed to be compli

The doctors and staff at Heuser Chiropractic were awesome! They not only got me feeling better after my car accident, they were warm and caring every step of the way. I will recommend this chiropractic office to everyone!
