They don't return phone calls or reply to emails.

I was really interested in one of their properties that we had looked at. I was treated rudely and ended up not getting a chance to rent the house because some of the information they gave me was false and i didn't get my application in time because of it and lost the opportunity to get the house! The women I talked to need to be better informed about their rules & policies and need to learn some customer service skills, some manners and respect. They acted like they were better than me, especially after i asked them if a bankruptcy would have an affect on our ability to rent with them. I agree with the other comments posted...If you don't like your job, if you don't want to deal with people's questions about rentals (even though that's your job description) GO WORK AT THE DUMP, WHERE IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW YOU ACT!! I'm actually trying to stay away from Caravan Prop while I continue to look for a rental!! They should really have a company meeting & change some things!!!

They have no customer service skills, the front of the office has four ladies who wear too much make up and cheap perfume, they have no problem taking your money for the application, but they do have problems giving answers about the status of your application. Called to check on the status of my application, was treated extremely rudely by some lady named Sherry. I mean, you want honest people to rent out your properties, but you get irritated when you have to answer questions. What is that? It's your job! If you aren't happy with it, then quit and let someone else who will appreciate having a job get it. Plus, if you don't want people bugging you about the rentals, then don't list it as available immediately, then people who need a property immediately will not waste their time with you. One person says it will take a day, the other says 3-5.Plus I caught them talking about one of their prospective clients as soon as she walked out the door, so unproffesional. I contacted this company in search of renting from them. I called many times and got put on hold or told they were too busy for me. I went in thinking maybe in person they would be more helpful. They said they were still too busy to show me the property. I was very disappointed in the way this companies treats future residents.

This company isn't military friendly. They said how they would give a military discount but then raised rent monthly on me. They fought with us about a security deposit, they don't name it a security deposit. They inspected our house prior to us moving out said it was great then took a lot of the deposit from us.

They have very poor customer service skills. They are always too busy with new customers to help their existing clients. Don't waste your time with this company, they will waste yours.

Worst company to rent from!!!!
