These people are very unethical !!!
After telling me I could move in and giving me a date. They gave my room away!!! Who does that!! I sold my car and house hold furnishings they left me out in the cold! This facility is not to be trusted!!!

I live at Brookside Assisted Living and I am very pleased to be here. The assisted living has assisted me in many areas as I am completely new to Colorado Springs. They have assisted in making appointments and transported me at least one way so that I can learn the bus routes. I take the bus on the return trip. They have provided three meals a day and I have a beautiful room to myself with a shower and bathroom to myself. They are remodeling all the new residents rooms before they move in so the room is like brand new. Most of all my living space is all to my own and a nice retreat to fall back on when i want some alone time.. The grounds are beautiful. There are many trees that are being planted on this large 1/2 acre of land along with flower gardens everywhere. I really enjoy the garden area where I can spend time alone. There are many areas that I can spend time alone. As for the accommodations at this center most all have everything that I need. I am very pleased.
