This is a great place! They are now at a new BEAUTIFUL Clinic!

The very best Orthodontist and Pediatric Dentist in Colorado Springs! Dr. Lauren and Dr. James truly care about their patients and are top notch in their field!

According to my visit with my , newly 3 year old son, I would not recommend this dentist.
The dentist yelled at my son twice while the nurse had to hold him down. Then the dentist had the nerve to say that it isn't normal for a 3 year old to be scared of the dentist.
I am now looking for a new pediatric dentist who has patience and understanding with children of such a young age who have only been to the dentist a few times.
I was really upset by the staffs work ethics as well as the dentist himself.

Please rethink before going to this office.

My kids LOVE this dentist. I have 3 young men who look forward to their appointments and cleanings. The staff is pleasant and the dentist explains everything to my kids before he does anything. He's taken the time to explain what is going on and why he recommends the treatment plans in plain terms to someone who doesn't understand dentistry can understand. My only regret...he doesn't see adults.

We were referred to Dr. Miller but were told we would see Dr. Souza when we showed up at the office because they scheduled us incorrectly. We had heard Briargate Pedo was good, but we were really disappointed after our interaction with Dr. Souza and his staff. The assistant, Christie, took our toddler back and proceeded to "clean" his teeth until his gums were bleeding. He was crying but they still made him sit "like a big boy" until Dr. Souza came in the room. I expected a pediatric dentist to know how to interact with a young chid, but Dr. Souza spoke to him like he was an adult. I also felt like he tried to push expensive products, like a Sonicare toothbrush and a prescription fluoride rinse. I wish we had either demanded to see Dr. Miller since we were highly recommended to him, or just moved to another office since they had mischeduled us.
