I am saddened to have to write a totally dissatisfied review about Blunt mortuary, but I have no choice. I would not want anyone I know to have to go through what we went through during a time when you are grieving the loss of someone you love.



From the very first phone call we dealt with lack of professionalism, failed promised call backs, forgotten paperwork, missing memorial book, and struggling over a pre-paid contract. When you plan ahead for these services, as our family did, you assume that when the time comes everything will be as stress-free as it can be in the face of your loss, but instead we faced constant stress. Please do your family a favor and choose another mortuary in Colorado Springs.
