My frined SPECIFICALLY asked for workers that would help her PACK, not just load. I was standing next to her when she booked this & she was very clear about her needs. ######My friends husband was unaware of all she expected them to do & released them from the job before she got home from running errands. I called them to get them to come out & remove some of the items to access the front of the truck, all they would say was that they were only hired to load & that my friend wasn't done packing. (Something we hired them to do!!!) Even so this was a terrible loading job. My friend ended up paying another $300-$400 to a local U-haul franchisee to help us pack. My friend was aware that she was paying these people by the hour & would've gladly paid for more time to get the packing done. We just wanted them to rearrange the items they had loaded so we could better utilize the space that we had. The owner only seemed interested in arguing with us rather than resolving this problem.
