Run away as fast as you can. They bid on my property damage for USAA and made all kinds of promises and kept none. Phone calls we not returned and lies were told. I had USAA fire them. They also were being monitored by another company who they reported the job as being finished. The only time I saw them was when they came out to do the bid for USAA. I had them fired. They had roofing material delivered that I had never seen or ordered. We never even got to that point of picking out roofing, we were not shown any roofing materials of even discussed it. I had called Steve's office after he never returned phone calls. I was told that he was down in southern Colorado were there were other storms and they did not know when he would return. A week later Steve calls and apologizes for not calling me back, he said that it took longer than expected to move into his new home. It's funny that between Steve and his office they can't tell the same lie. Then Brandon was put in charge since Steve and I had issues. Brandon was just as bad as Steve. The rating of 1 is required to leave feedback. Please look at the 1 as (-1). BEWARE! Also beware because USAA uses them as a preferred contractor! I could not report on this company until my property was restored and my claim was finished. I wish that I could have reported on them earlier.

That's right, the flood caused enough structural damage, but this company caused more. They not only scratched, broke, cracked, etc. my personal belongings, but they refuse to repay us for the damages they caused. This company is horrible to do business with.
