This place is wonderful! I was trying to get dog in for a dental on post but they told me it would be two months. I looked around and found that the Animal Hospital of Colorado Springs was the best option. When we first took our dog in the staff there were very polite and had no problem answering any and all questions we had. They were able to get our dog in for a dental within a week. The dental work they did on or dog was great. I would recommend this place before going anywhere else in the springs.

The vets here are very compassionate and good doctors, and they are accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association - unlike most other clinics in town. They do a thorough exam on my dogs at every appointment, even just quick checkups, and always remember some details about their last visit. The techs are friendly and my appointments always start on time. I trust that the staff will find out what's wrong with my pups - they know their stuff. Can't imagine taking my dogs anywhere else!

We have been using The Animal Hospital of CS since our dog was a puppy (he is 3 now) and we are completely satisfied with the service here. Very thorough with his checkups and always love up on him when he is in. When there has been a problem they are always great about getting him in to be seen ASAP.

I have been going here for nearly 5 years now. The entire staff is amazing. Dr Boley and Dr Mitchell have been so wonderful while treating my dogs. They take the time to answer any question and give solid solutions to issues at hand. The staff always treats me and my animals with respect, kindness and compassion. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We have been taking our animals here since 1984 when we moved here from Germany. We moved to the Black Forest in 1998 and even though it is a long drive in we have continued to take our animals there. Both Dr. Mitchell, Dr. Boley and all of the staff are absolutely amazing. We were in the mandatory evacuation area of the Black Forest Fire and they called to make sure we were alright and if we needed anything to call them. Our yellow Lab will be 15 years next month and when it is time, we know they will be there for us. Our 11 year Golden was extremely ill in Feb. and they pulled her through. We had gone out of town and they called us twice a day and when she could finally sit up they sent us pictures. They go above and beyond!!! Kudos to ALL. Doug and Deb

Wow! This vet is impressive! Dr. Mitchell took the time to explain about my dogs condition and different things that I could do to help him. She had the knowledge to know how to figure out what was wrong and then how I could treat him to make him better. Money is tight so I appreciated her approach to helping him and gave me options that made it possible to treat him. Thank you for being so kind, caring and understanding. I will tell all my friends about your clinic!

I've recently moved to the area and I needed to find a veterinarian to care for my pets. I have a cat that has renal disease and a young healthy dog. When I asked my neighbors who they used they all told my the Animal Hospital of Colorado Springs. They couldn't stop raving about the staff and doctors there. So last week I took my cat in for a check up, he just wasn't acting right. All I can say is Wow!!! The receptionists were friendly, the technicians were great with my cat and the doctor was fabulous. He took the time to interact with me about my cat's history and how I thought my cat was doing. He really listened to me. When he called me about the lab results he was very caring and explained things really well! I loved the clinic I went to in Texas, but the Animal Hospital of Colorado Springs and Dr. Boley beat it hands down! When the time comes for my dog to get his shots I will definitely return. I know my cat and my dog are in great hands. My neighbors were right!!!!

I agree with the last two reviews. First off I do want to say that this place is pretty modern, and they are capable of performing surgery and other major work. BUT!!!! They are really pricy. Also they do seem to care more about the money in your wallet rather than your friend or in our case kids. Here is why... 1) they always up sell - trying to tell you that you need additional treatments or medicine. 2) once they have your contact info they will mail you letters or post cards saying how your dog, cat, or whatever NEEDS some kind or screening or exam to stay healthy or alive. And in some cases they will go as far to send you a letter yelling you that your pet is suffering and how you need to bring them in and get some kind of surgery. 3) they are one if the Ore expensive places in town. 4) they only make one or two appointments a day at regular price, and they purposely leave the majority of the day empty for "emergency" visits and of course at the emergency price. I would have to completely agree with miss kitty everytime I took my dog in they found something else for me to pay for or they always would push for more medication or she needs this or that and I paid for the puppy package which was saapposed to include everything well I ended up paying 250 for that and outside of that i paid a good 500 more for all kinds of other things

The Animal Hospital of Colorado Springs may be an OK place to take your pet to for routine exams, however, this place is apparently pushing the vets there to rake in as much money as they possibly can to pay for their high-end facility. I saw this lead to the vets prescribing tests, dragging out any diagnosis, etc. while your pet may be suffering or getting sicker from something that would've been easily treatable if they hadn't let it get worse for weeks while still ordering more tests (to the tune of $700) to "figure it out". Either they really are not qualified to diagnose and treat simple, common issues or they are ripping people off for as long as they can pull you along. I can tell you it's the latter when I went elsewhere after my cat kept getting worse. Who would want to spend ANY money, whether it's $1 or $100 at a place like this when there's other honest, local businesses!!!???

Dr. Boley and the staff are great, they are so friendly and caring. He really cares about all animals. He took excellent care of my cats McCaffrey and Emerson who both hate going to the vet. I will continue to have him treat my cat's, and any other pets I may get in the future no matter how much of a fuss they make about going.

When I went to the Animal Hospital of Colorado Springs it was great. The people were friendly and really helped me and my pet out. The clinic was very clean and in order. As i waited to see the doctor it was comforting that the receptionist knew the names of all the patients and the owners as they walk in the door. It kind of makes you feel that they really do care to take the time and get to know all their clients. It was a wonderful experience and i can prould say that i am a new member of The Animal Hospital of Colorado Springs.

The doctors and staff of The Animal Hospital of Colorado Springs are a very caring bunch of people. They know me by name when I bring in my pets and are always happy to see me. I feel that my pets get the best medical care possible. They have a beautiful facility with clean and comfortable waiting areas.
