I have been a patient for 10 years and have been mostly satisfied with the results. Kim has always bent over backwards to make a wrong a right. Before her practice became so busy, she would answer my questions or concern personally on the rare occasions that I contacted her. Now, she is very busy and has her secretary answer indirectly, even after I specifically asked that she call me about a bad filler result under my eyes. While in office, she is 100% willing to answer questions. Just don't expect that personal touch if you have questions when you leave the office.
