Dr. Jena is by far the best acupuncturiest in Colorado Springs. Went to her with abscessed tooth. She asked do you want it fixed or just stop the pain. I said I wanted healed and she stopped the pain that day and with two more treatments she had take care of the abscess. My Dentist took exrays of tooth in question and fould there had been an abscess that she had healed. Thank you Doctor Jena for taking the pain away so fast and healing the infection.

I have been a patient of Dr Na Zhai's for several years and have never been disappointed. She has always afforded me the time needed for my concerns and questions for my health. I was suffering chronic migraine pain and her treatments helped me to first deal with the pain and second to begin the healing process. I had numerous other issues that were contributing to my migraines and she help continues to help me resolve those. I trust Dr Na Zhai so much that I brought my child to see her. I have a daughter who had digestive problems and Dr Na Zhai helped her tremendously. Dr Na Zhai is extremely knowledgeable and I trust her advice completely, as well as value her treatment.

I'm a patient of Jena's for 7 mths now. I have never had a bad experience, nor a health issue she has not been able to resolve. (BP, headaches, back&neck pain, back spasms, pain from a motorcycle accident & the biggest is weight loss, 35 lbs in a little over 3 mths). I am very happy with the results & care I have received. Yes there has been a turn around with the front office, but I have always experienced professional service. She is very knowledgeable, experienced, & caring. Jena takes time with her patients to listen & treat their issues. My recent 6 wk viral infection which my primary care has not been able to resolve & after feeling well enough to drive to see her & taking the recommended herbs, I am finally getting over it. I now consider her my GP. I constantly recommend Jena to everyone I know & people I don't know & they have also been very happy. I completely agree with 'Love&Light', JENA IS THE BEST IN THE SPRINGS! I'm sorry 'cfhk' did not get to experience the same.

First of all, I am scared to death of needles...I chose acupuncture as a last resort to help deal with multiple conditions that my physician could not treat, I had really bad back and neck pain from a car accident, on top of being overweight. When I called this clinic, the person I talked to was very pleasant and informative. She made me feel comfortable enough to make an appointment for a consultaion with the doctor. When I went to the clinic, I found the environment very relaxing, not like a normal doctor's office...The rooms were very relaxing as well, I had no idea that I was in for a much needed nap. The doctor, Na Zhai, was very informative and answered my many questions that I had for her, she was very honest and sincere. I felt immediate results after my first treatment. I am so happy that I am getting my money's worth, I actually feel like I am being treated, instead of being diagnosed. I highly recommend Dr. Zhai to my friends, family. SHE IS THE BEST IN THE SPRINGS!!! :)

I really thought going to this accupuncturist would be a pleasant experience...right up to the moment when I entered the door. From the start it was apperent that the place had seen its prime, the people were hostile, rude, and pushy. But maybe thats a side affect from the fact that my 2 year old has better english, all in all a bad experience as accupuncture is supposed to be painless. afterwords I went looking for another accupunturist and found a better and more experienced one.
