Advertised price was texted and no price was descused untill the 5 min job was done over charged and laughed in my face and said we should have read the web site and laughed in my face when I said this is my sons Christmas money called them back and they hung up on me not knowing. What I was talking about they are scam artists with no care but for your money

Took wayyy to long to arrive......Charged 150.00 over what the quote on phone was.....rude operator on phone...no way to contact the head office.....locksmith opened a locked house that I said was not mine?! Did not ask for my ID....

I was running late for a very important appointment when I realized I had locked my keys in my car. I called 24 Hour Lockouts an the representative assured me they would be there as soon as possible. They were there within 15 minutes and were very quick to unlock my car. The technician was very respectable and professional. The technician was also driving a nice vehicle that was clearly labeled as a locksmith, so I had no concerns about a random car driving up towards me. He made sure that I didn't need anything else before he left, and he also helped scrape my windows since I was in such a hurry. I would most definitely reccommend this company!!! The last encounter I had with a lockout comonay was awful. They got my address wrong, drove to the other side of town, and then demanded I pay more money, even though it was their mistake. I will never use anyone but 24 Hour Lockouts again, and I will pay top dollar for the excellent service they provided me!!!

I never leave poor reviews, but this is the most shady company I have ever dealt with. If I could leave 0 stars I would. My husband and I were locked out of our home so we called 24 Hour Lockouts. I gave them my information and the lady said 15-30 minutes. After waiting 35 minutes I called back asking if the technician had trouble finding our home. They lady said she wasn't sure but he's on the way and should arrive any minutes. He finally arrived after an hour +, put a bit on the end of a drill like tool, stuck it in the door and popped it open. He then charged us $165 and suggested we try for a partial refund with our insurance company. We paid on a Square card reader though his phone and were told a receipt would be emailed to us. We said thank you and he went on his way.



After a day and a half with no receipt I called 24 hour lockouts. I was told they could not send the receipt, but they would request it from the technician. They also said my information was under a name that wasn't mine, but that it didn't matter because they had the correct address. I waited 5-6 hours and still did not get a receipt so I emailed the company. I received a call almost immediately. The man I spoke with told me the technician said he was never at our home and asked for the name of the technician on my bank statement. I told him the name and he called the technician back, then called me again. This time I was told that the technician did come to our house but was refusing to send a receipt because we wanted him to change it to an auto lockout and he didn't feel comfortable doing that. We NEVER asked for ANYTHING to be changed. I simply asked for my receipt. He had suggested, on the night of the lockout, that we turn it into our insurance. We were going to call the insurance company once we had the receipt to see if it were even possible to be reimbursed for a home lockout. After a lot of terrible, incredibly rude customer service, the man hung up on us and I still never received my receipt or the technicians number. Finally my husband had enough and called the original lockout number and asked once more for our receipt. We were then told it was sent 20 minutes ago and to check my junk folder. I checked and sure enough I received an email, but with an invoice/bill with none of my information on it, no date, and at the bottom it stated please pay Cpep Locksmith.



This is still unresolved and we were made out to be liars, which we are not. Even if I could not claim the lockout on my insurance I still like to have receipts for my own records, but apparently we are denied that since the technician "doesn't feel comfortable" sending it to us. I am posting this as a warning to be very careful with this company. They don't keep any sort of record and they are shady people. I highly recommend going with someone else. I will never do business with this company again and I will be leaving this review everywhere I can find to warn others. This is the most poor experience I have ever had in my life with any company.

I called 24 hour lockouts from the amazing reviews I read on here. I had a few reservations but I am SO SO relieved and excited I found someone who I could depend on and trust! Which in todays society are HUGE!!! The gentleman arrived quickly and was so professional and helpful! I will definitely be using them in the future and referring them to my family and friends! 24 hour lockout is great, I highly recommend them!

My daughter and I got locked out of my running truck in the middle of a blizzard at walmart, my door handle busted off. I called a few locksmiths in the springs and was very disappointed and upset when I was constantly told it would be like an hour until someone could come. I called these guys and he showed up in 3 min! He was very nice, professional and got my door open immediately! The price was very reasonable compared to the other companies as well. This is now the only locksmith I will call and I HIGHLY recommend them!!!

The guy was at my truck so quickly. He was professional and I highly recommend him.

I got locked out at work today. Called 24 hour and he was there in 8 min!!! And super cheap!!! Last lockout guy cost me $120. Paid $50!! Guys name was James. Super friendly and very professional!! Thank you James!!

I locked my keys out of my car and I was completely stranded I was so worried one night. I called 24 hour lock outs and they were there so quick. Very professional and nice. I will for sure use them again. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Fantastic locksmith. I had to call 24 hour lockouts twice in a one weeks period after I bought my new car and couldn't seem to avoid locking the keys in. He came out a second time and helped me just to be nice. Highly recommend 24 hour lockouts if you happen to be in Colorado Springs. Thanks again guys.

Do Not trust the quote they give. Quote on the phone was 19.00 bill was 100.00.

Avoid them like the plague, they are a scam!!!

ITS A SCAM! This is anything but cheap. Got a quote for $35 and they charged me $95. DON'T TRUST THEM. They flat out lied to me and then didn't give me anytime before he had already unlocked my car and pulled out his ipad charging me $60 more than I had been quoted.
