Timothy's replaced a roof on a rental property that had intermittent leaks from a room addition on the back. He replaced the roof and made a few repairs that address the root cause of the leak at the addition roof line joint. He could have Sold me much more and I would have never known better. I was extremely satisfied.
Then I had bathroom mold issue in my residence that went to a wall to ceiling joist joint. In repairing and treating I discovered the roof sheating above the roof joist was also infested. I called Timothy's and he pulled the singles back, replaced a section of sheating and put the shingles back. I was again, very impressed with the expertise and integrity of not selling a new roof, as I feared that was the solution. He is my 1st choice to call for roofing and home improvement needs.
