we could not be more pleased with Bob, he was personable, knowledgeable and very very nice to deal with. He knew exactly what to do and would recommend him to everyone.

Bob has been my plumber for over 15 years. He is knowledgable, courteous, prompt, extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. He explains everything he is doing, states the pros and cons of a particular expense, and is very thorough. Whenever I've called him he does his best to come out right away if it's an emergency. If it is not an emergency he comes out within a day. He is also very neat and careful of wiping his shoes, and cleans up after a job. I recommend him without reservations. I can only think of positive things to say about Bob.

For over 15 years, I have called Bob for both my plumbing and heating needs. Bob has replaced faucets, toilets parts, valves, sump pumps,water heaters, etc, everything replaced or fixed to my satisfaction. He has always been extremely professional, timely and has completed every job with the utmost dedication. In times of emergencies, he has provided speedy prompt service. I have felt very confident with his work. Bob takes the time to explain what he has to do, so that you feel that he is doing his very best, as if it was what he would do in his own home. I first hired Bob when one of my neighbors suggested that I give him a call. I was very glad that I did. I was impressed with his work and have continued to use him for the past two years. We had a toilet issue that he was able to fix. He checked and re-checked to make sure it was working well before he left. He is fairly priced and very honest.

In April 2015,My house had plumbing problems, I had leaks. I needed a specializing plumber in Colonial area. Colonia Corner News paper, has advertisements for service people, I open pages and found "Bob's Plumbing&Heating". Fast service to see my plumbing problems,Quick estimates,work to start next day, Prices for a insued &bonded plumber were VERY,VERY,Fair. I ask-myself why I did not use a qualified plumber before. Thank, Bob's plumbing,Good job.

We've used Bob for years and he's great. His workmanship, soldering, pipe spacings, etc. are always flawless. He uses top quality parts such as extra thick copper pipes and heavy duty drains. He's up to date on new equipment but also knows the old stuff in older houses like ours inside-out. He tolerates endless questions, explains everything, and offers suggestions for things like valve positioning. Personally, he's very pleasant, super considerate, and cleans up. Calls when he's about to arrive, gives detailed price explanations and never sneaks in extra charges after he arrives or anything like that. Bob is top quality all the way. Bob supplied and installed several items in my home. He worked constantly and efficiently until the job was completely done. (7 hours). He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions no matter how insignificant they may have been. We were very impressed the way he cleaned up everything when the job was done and left us with nothing to do but enjoy top notch plumbing. Very knowledgeable. Quality work. Bob is the only plumber I've used whose work lasts and doesn't break. He was referred to me by a neighbor when another plumber came to my house 3 times to fix the same job he kept messing up. Bob fixed it his work quickly and I've never had a problem since.
