If there was less than 1 star to give them on service, I would have. We have used them for years with no problem. When there was a problem with our account, the office lady did not call, email or mail us any type of communication and then lied to us about all of it. If you are looking for dishonest customer service or rude office help, this is the place for you. They have forever lost our business in both the storage units and the car sales. Sad how 1 bad employee can cost you thousands in revenue.
