i went in cook's to get a haircut after lunch on saturday, they are open until 5pm weekdays and saturdays until 2 (convenient on weekend). a friendly barber in a red shirt was finishing up another guy, so i had to wait 5 min. or so, the other guy looked really neat when finished. i got in chair and discussed doing a basic trim job, and he combed and cut my hair for about 10 minutes, then took an electric razor to clean up the back of my neck, then wetted hair down by spraying some kind of lotion on it, then combed it up real neat looking. it ended up being a little shorter than what i had planned, but looked real decent when i was done. the whole haircut took about 15 min. the haircut stayed in place and neat looking for the next 5 days (that barber spray stuff worked great), when i finally washed it, and was easy to comb up until i needed my next haircut. cost was excellent, only 8 bucks, this is actually a great deal, would recommend cooks for a general haircut
