I was assured over the phone when I was considering buying this warranty that it would cover any mechanical breakdown that occurred. WRONG. After paying for over a year, I had my first breakdown and now they refuse to pay for it. The repair is so expensive that I am now without any means of transportation. Even though it clearly says on their website that they DO COVER overheating, they DON'T. I was told on the phone that even though a radiator is not listed in the "exclusions" part of the contract, it is not listed in the "inclusions" part either. And gaskets and seals, FORGET ABOUT IT So I have been taken for the fool that I was to buy this warranty. Not being a mechanic, what other parts are not listed in the "inclusion" part of this contractthat they also will not cover? If I were a mechanic, I would not need this sham of a warranty, would I? Buyer beware and do not fall for this scam like I did.
