Can’t say enough about my experience here. I had a terrible experience with Sewing Machine and Vacuum Warehouse in Houston. After sharing my experience with another local dealer, I was recommended to Mark as a fair and honest businessman who understands the value of customer service. Mark not only took the time to try and help me over the phone, he spent several hours in store educating, answering questions and finally giving me an excellent trade in deal so that I could leave a satisfied customer with a new machine that would do the job I purchased it to do. I will drive the distance to do business here again!

I bought a very nice vacuum at Sew Vac City. Was told at time of purchase I had two free service cleanings. When I took my vacuum in for my free maintenance I was denied the service. Also I had heard a radio advertisement saying, just mention this advertisement and we will give you $20 off your maintenance on your vacuum. So, I did, and the owner denied that as well, said it was for July but that was not mentioned on the ad. Very poor customer service. I am. It a happy customer. If they tell you something, and get it in writing.

I took my Riccar vacuum to see if I needed a new belt and the guy that helped me took the bottom of the vacuum of and said I did need an new belt and roller. The roller was completely wrapped with hair I removed it myself and the roller worked fine. The visit took less than 5 min and I cleaned the roller off he put the belt on no tools required it took him 2 seconds. He charged me $10 for labor what a joke this guy tried to make by a new vacuum a few years ago when all I needed was a new hose. I said then I would never go back because of him and I will not for sure now.

I believe in "you get what you pay for" and even though the Rainbow vac and streamer are a little steep, it is worth every penny and more. I had an older model and traded it for the new one. Love it, love it, what more can I say??

I drove to College Station to check out the offers,and I was suprised how much I could save and still get great service. I found out why they are the largest Janome dealer in America. I'm totally pleased with the prices and service. Susan B.
