Called them on a Monday to fix our toilet and they were able to come the same day. They even fixed a toilet seat and shower head while on the 1 hour service call for no extra charge. Highly recommended!

I was charged $531.00 for a bath tub valve and "I supplied the valve". My wife and I felt like we had been robbed. They did not finish the job because the had no caulking with them and did not comeback until two days later. I cannot recommend Ed Phillips plumbing and will never call them again.

I was very displeased with the plumber whom they sent to replace the diverter in our shower. After spending an hour, he said he couldn't get the old diverter out. Not only was he not able to replace it, he reset the on/off control so that it only goes from off to cold. Then we were presented with a bill for over $100.00. The diverter has been replaced before so I don't know why this guy couldn't do the work. We called to have them reset the on/off so we can at least get hot water. So I'm out $100.00, will have to hire someone else to do the job and my shower is worse now than before they came. My advice. . .call someone else!

I made the mistake of trying out someone new, just because Ed Phillips was booked up one day, BIG MISTAKE. I found out quick just because someone has the biggest add in the phonebook does not account for credibility. Not only was the price that company quoted me really high (i.e. 300.00 to fix a running toilet?) but I knew they were trying to give me the run around about my hot water heater by telling me I needed a new one. So, needless to say, I sent that company away before any work was done, and picked up the phone and got on the list for Ed Phillips.



They were in and out in less than an hour, came when they said they would. They also, did only the work we needed done and didn't try to add extra work to bulk up their paychecks. They are the most dependable, honest, effecient crew of plumbers I have ever met. Their work is exceptional, and from now on I know that if I ever have to make the decision to wait for them, or call someone else, I'll wait everytime. They are definately worth the wait. Thank you Ed Phillips Plumbing for being such an exceptional company.
