Founded in 1976, The Quixote Center is a social justice organization. Based in Brentwood, Md., the organization is a provider of housing, incorporation, tax-exemption, legal status, accounting and technological services for a range of social justice projects. Its Alliance for Responsible Trade is a program encompassing labor, family-farm, religious, women's, environmental, development and research organizations that promote trade and development. The Quixote Center operates Quest for Peace program that builds a policy of peace and friendship between the people of the United States and Nicaragua.
