Do not waste your money here. I have had internet and cable with this company for about six months. The service went out at least ten times and took a day or more to come back on each time. This month my bill went up $15 unexpectedly. I went in to ask about what happened and was told that I was lying and my bill had always been that high. I asked for my service to be canceled and was told that I would continue to be charged until I disconnected and carried in all of the equipment myself. I came back carrying all of the heavy equipment and my baby and a copy of my last two months bills showing the price discrepancy. The woman still had an attitude and insisted in the face of proof that we had never been charged differently.

The employees are wonderful but they need to get a NEW server. I'm getting DAMN tired of my internet being dropped every time I turn around. It's getting ridiculous.

I just had my cable installed yesterday. I want to say the Tech who installed my cable was very kind, friendly, and professional. Made sure I had all my questions answered. I give a solid five star rating.
