We needed 2 tires for my Wife's car and wanted them to match. The Owner drove to South Bend and picked them up so we could have them the next day.

Called for a quote for a total brake job including Pads and Rotors for my car, in which they quoted $380. However, the rotors were not in stock and needed to be ordered. Set the appointment, and explained that the car was needed that same day.

Went to pick up and the car was not ready, plus parts had not been orders and the price was $110 more the verbal quote.

Disappointed in the quote difference, time of repair and being told about part deliverly.

TOTALLY DISAPOINTED! They did not honor their verbal quote, did not honor their time frame, and did not have the parts when they said they would.

I'm Sorry but I can not recommend this repair company.
