I dropped my mower off roughly three months ago and it is still not repaired. They have returned none of my phone calls and now it appears they are not answering their phone. In retrospect I should have taken the volume of broken mowers outside their lot as a warning sign.

At this point, I am working with them to repair my mower since over two months. I returned the mower so far three times for not beng repaired properly, I.e. It works once, leaks oil and will not start again.

When I inquired about the cause I received the following replies: "I do not know."; "I have never seen this before."; "If it does not work this time, I will take the hammer to it."

Bottom line is, these statements are not a solution. In addition to that, the teenagers sitting on the floor of the "garage" are most likely not enabled and paid enough to be capable to provide the solution. This is not how you run any business.
