Contacted them about a straightforward design for a kitchen cabinet. Met with them with a rough sketch and talked over whatwe wanted...no problem we were told, they'd get back to us with a design in a few days. Well a couple of WEEKS go by, we contact them and get a lame excuse about they haven't gotten to it and come back to meet. Finally get the czbinet and we were pretty happy with how it came out. Had a need for a bathroom towel rack and even though we had issues the first go round we contacted them again. Stopped in and talked it over with them again and got a "no problem" response from them again and they'd contact us when they had the design done. Again, weeks go by and no call. We said "forget them" and looking for another shop.

I guess if you want something done that is "no problem" don't go to these clowns unless you want to constantly stay on them. I figure my little project wasn't expensive enough for them, we were charged a pretty good smount for what we had to go through to finally get our cabinet.

Awsome place to do business.

Can't find them like this these days.
