Charged $113 ($30 more than dealer service) to leave the lug nuts loose on my tire (wheel was shaking when I drove out of lot) and to install the wrong size oil filter (had to bring back to dealer for diagnosis and repair - which cost $30 less than what this place charged to do the job wrong in the first place). Their lack of quality service could have gotten me killed and wrecked my engine.

Do not go to this valvoline!!! In a matter of 1 hr they broke both my husband and my cars while attempting simple oil changes. They did not take responsibility for the damage to my husband’s car. Bring it somewhere...meineke is only a mile away and the employees and owners have integrity.

This is a terrible company. I had been a customer for many years. They changed ownership and went down hill from there. They are now in the business of price gouging on simple oil changes. I went there with my Ford E250 5.4L V8 and it took 6 quarts of oil. They charged $7.95 for the extra quart. Yeah, no big deal there. I sent my daughter there for an oil change. She drives a VW Passat 2.5L V6. They charged her extra for her oil filter $7.95 and $10.95 for an extra quart and a half of oil. $60.00 for an oil change. I went there and talked to the owner. He claimed the VW really took 6.5 quarts of oil. Then he said because her filter wasn’t a screw in type it cost him extra. When he went to look at his invoices, he claimed it cost him three times more than a screw in type. When I asked to see what he pays for that filter, he refused. I wonder why. It likely only cost him $1.50 to $2.00 at most. Still this would not have been the case when John owned it. I went home and look at my daughter’s owners manual. I wanted to see what the oil capacity really is. It is 5.7 quarts. The bottom line is, don’t use this company!
