This is a very professional and caring office. My experience has been very positive. They offer a sliding pay scale and reduced cost medication. I am between insurance coverage so having affordable quality healthcare is a blessing

After 4 years I'm calling it quits with Med link. In the last year we have seen several Doctors come and go. Today I had an appt. to get 2 scripts refilled. My normal Doctor is no longer there so they scheduled me with a new one. After I was called back to a room I was told that the doctor would only see me for 1 thing if I needed the 2nd thing refilled I would have to make another appt. I have insurance and almost think that is why they did that. 1st script was ear drops for chronic ear aches and the 2nd was for a feminine cream. I have never heard of anything so absurd !!!!
