spent 40 minutes and 3 attempts via different routes trying to get an estimate for a hitch install on UHAUL's website. Locked up each time. called their local number and put on hold. it is not my PC, since I was able to locate a competitor's website just fine and will do business with them instead. they lost the hitch business and a cross country rental as well.

They did a great job. The waiting area was under construction which will be nice for those that come after it is completed. He definitely took care of me on the installation cost due to a glitch in trying to take off the $10 online purchase rebate. He showed me what he did and explained how everything works. I greatly appreciated his customer service.
