First off they started taking photos of all of my children after I'd been going there for two years. Why I asked well just incase someone try to sneak in another child as their own is what the front desk explained to me... Wow now that a family medical center that cares! Anyways I grow tired of the show up 30 minutes early and be seen 30 minutes late. Final straw for me and my wife was when we arrived on time but not 30 minute early and they refused to see my child. Times have changed we don't need to put up with arrogant doctors who believe there time is worth more then anyone else's, I own 3 business I'm busy to but my customers still come first I hope one day Prairie Family Medicine will figure that out.

I've been to multiple doctors over the past two years and I've always been blown off or received lame excuses for my problem. Dr. Snyder LISTENED to what I had to say and was honest and realistic in his expectations. I cancelled all my follow-ups with my other doctor immediately, you should too.
