Apparently lying to your customer and delivering a dirty boat without keys or paperwork is acceptable here! My husband spent one whole day cleaning our new purchase that was to have been detailed and ready to go. They were also suppose to go through it to check for problems. When we turned on the icemaker, the water leaked into the compartment and below. We have been unable to lock our boat at our marina slip for 4 days and feel very uneasy about this! The salesman told us three times that the bottom paint was finished and the navigation installed, which we found was a lie when we finally talked to the service department. Think twice before you purchase here!! Beginning to feel as if all boat dealerships are like the worst used car salesmen.
