Worst customer service ever. Been renting for 20 yrs and make over 100k a yr but I wasn't good enough to rent to. Ok enterprise has no issues. Another guy was told to come down then told just wanted him to come down to tell him no because he smoked in the vehicle last time, guy responded with I don't smoke and the owner just laughed and said oh well. Had the wife crying because was told every thing was good then got a ride down and was denied and wouldn't give reason. This guy is just bad news
