STAY AWAY!!! SAFETY ALERT!!! I had my rear brakes done by Jack at Brakes-n-More and immediately noticed that my brake pedal went much lower, felt softer and my parking brake was much looser and didn't not hold the car firmly. I went back and told him and instead of listening with any concern he was annoyed and told me there wasn't anything wrong. He basically got into an argument with me but agreed to tighten the parking brake. A couple of weeks later the parking brake became loose again and the pedal went lower than ever. I had to do an emergency stop and barely stopped. Felt like I only had about 75% braking power. I brought it back in and he was more annoyed than ever. I explained all this and he STILL tried to tell me there was nothing wrong and gave me the feeling that I was a problem. No concern for my safety. He said he could "book me in two weeks". He actually put the car in drive, pulled forward a couple of feet, stopped and said "see, it's just fine". I was shocked and angry. Seeing as he wasn't going to stand behind his work I went across the street to Les Schwab and they told me that the rear brakes were "way, way, WAY out of adjustment" and it looked like they never were adjusted after installation. They adjusted the brakes and now they feel as good as new. This man should not be in business. Who knows how many others are driving with unsafe conditions with their brakes.
