It was a pleasure to buying my new living room set from el Dorado furniture. The sales person was helpful, knowledgeable, not pushy and incredibly respectful and willing to go that step further to help me. I will definitely recommend both l Dorado and my salesperson Gema. The set ups were nice too. Next time you shop call and set a time to have Gema help you.👍 highly recommend

Terrible experience. Cheap Chinese quality couch. Received 5 damaged couches. All of their merchandise is poor quality. They will lie to you. Try getting through to management. Sergio is the biggest liar. I urge you to run. If you want to buy any furniture at this price point go to Rooms to Go. They stand by their products.

I have to write to say how outstanding the selection and quality of furniture displayed in this store, after looking all over! The delivery was right on time and the set-up went quickly! But the most praise has to go to the people who work there with a special thank you to Alfredo who always made himself available and had the patience of a saint! I would definitely recommend this store to everyone, and be sure to ask for Alfredo!

We made our third major purchase at El Dorado, but this was the BEST experience so far. The sales lady was wonderful "Rita Verzura" is a delightful, personable and great sales person. She took time and effort, with personal attention to our wishes and needs finding the couch we were looking for. We shall return. Hanna

I recently moved and bought furniture from several places. My only problems were with this El Dorado store. The salesman could not have been nicer, but that is where the positive experience ended. Their delivery person damaged my table while putting the legs on it. It took them over a month to replace the table. First they sent out a technician to see if he could repair it and he was over an hour late, then they sent a new table top, which arrived in filthy condition and the 2 delivery men, who were also late, could not get one of the legs to go on, so they left the glass topped table with only 3 stable legs, in my dining room promising that a new table would arrive the next day. It has now been almost a week...the newest story is that they will not have a new table for me until April, they will not give me a loner table, "customer service" tried their best to get me to buy their floor sample, which was also in damaged condition and would have been a final sale, and when I wouldn't do that they simple did nothing and will not even answer or return my phone calls. Tthey never arrived to pick up the broken table which they scheduled for pick up, even though I waited at home for 2 full days, neither did they call to let me know that they weren't coming. Today I am going to the store in person to get something in writing from them saying I wil get my money back. It's a shame because I really love the table, but I will never do business with El Dorado again. Definitely avoid this place !! Nothing but aggravation.

Wonderful, patient sales staff. High-quality, well-priced furniture. A true cut above the rest. I would highly recommend El Dorado to friends and family.
