I called to schedule an appointment with Orthopedic Surgeon, Amy Starry, D.O. I was assured that this was in network with my blue Cross/Blue Shield insurance. The office staff photo copied my insurance card. I paid in full. A month later, the office staff claimed 'You have no benefits". I certainly do have benefits, and I called Blue Cross/Blue Shield and there is no record that these people called to confirm insurance or even tried to file a claim on my behalf. They lied to me about being in network, and took my money.

I have been a patient in this clinic for many years and can say they always help me and my family with our health issues. Clean, professional, efficient, modern...
I recommend East West to all my friends.
