I've lived here for nearly a year and cannot wait to get out of here. Overall, this place is a far cry from luxury & not at all what is depicted on the website & on site visits. The only unit that is properly maintained is the floor set shown to lure in unsuspecting victims. This place is not only in desperate need of an upgrade. Turnover in the leasing office is a revolving door- you'll be lucky if you deal with the same staff member beyond a 3-month threshold.

There is a massive German Roach and bed bug infestation. (I believe they are violating Florida statute that states apartments must be inhabitable and free of pests.)



The front gate NEVER works. It's wide open for anyone & everyone to access the community. I definitely don't feel safe here at night.



The trash area near the front gate is ALWAYS overflowing with garbage. Definitely not enough trash pickup being scheduled for the size of the container but we pay for trash pickup.
