Rented a Tractor and Box Blade for the weekend. Machine was clean and easy to operate. Delivered 45 minutes after we ordered. Will rent a trenching machine next weekend. Thank you for your help and guidance.

We rented a machine over a month ago. The delivery and pick up was timely, that is the only reason I gave it 2 stars. The customer service is terrible. It took over 2 weeks for it to be evaluated for damage before we were charged. I called to request an invoice either by email or through the USPS numerous times. The last time was 2 weeks ago and have YET to receive my invoice for something they charged on my credit card. I have no idea what extra I was charged for and why. Will never rent from them again. We needed another machine and ended up going somewhere else. It was cheaper, and my invoice came in the mail within days
