i just saw the video of this despicable owner. this is my greatest fear when i valet park and is the sole reason why i never do. i go out of way to park my own car no matter where i stay or visit. i never surrender my keys to anyone. it is not about the car, but the violation of trust and personal space. i could not believe the owner continued to lie and pretend he knew nothing about the joyride. those customers entrusted you with their car and you have the audacity to charge them for parking and steal their car when they are gone. i hope the local police will put you in jail for taking customer's car on joyrides. once you drive it off that lot w/o the owner's permission, you have committed a crime by stealing their car for your own personal use. you are thief, liar and i hope your business will fail after everyone's gets to see what you have done. thank you for the great reporting and shedding light to this man's criminal behavior.
