This is funny. I see your reply over a year later...well I guess I'll reply also! It wasn't 14 days later. We picked up on a Friday, went out of town, and came back Monday. Called you when we got back. You couldn't have it ready for the following Friday because you had other clients and didn't care because you messed up the order of a client that has used your services many times. Except for your customer service that one time, you guys have always done a great job and been really nice. I guess y'all were having a bad day. And an even worse day when y'all posted those lies. I have done business with them a couple of times now and I have nothing but praise as to their work, promptness and accuracy in what I have given them to do.

I am sorry Mrs. Leonard Feels this way . We missed putting a name on a shirt, which she had for 14 days, then came into store on a Wednesday @ 4 pm, and wanting the name placed on the shirt for Friday. We apologized several times to her, and we told we would try to have name put on shirt if she brought us the shirt in Thursday morning. She never showed up. Better yet why did you not bring it to us sooner?
