Well the fish/shark tank is interesting, the rest is all a hotel restaurant. I can say they did try. Question is how hard, and how it compares to other establishments of this type in a tourist area. As for that, we do not recommend the Shark Pit Bar and Grill. My noted faults are: slow service, food that is slow to come out and is cold when it gets to the table. Quality of food we had: pizza- no flavor and the the thin crust was soggy, cheese burger- was good, but NOT served to order (when asked for pickle ketchup mustard, sandwich came out with every thing on it), waffle fries- were very greasy and had that refried look and taste to them, wings- were good but cold. You can do better.

I can no longer eat at The Shark Pit at Cocoa Beach Surf Company/Sheraton. As much as I like supporting local businesses, I refuse to be treated like a thief. Dan, is destroying business. Ordered out tonight and what food they remembered to put in the takeout bags, was over cooked and disgusting. Dan refused to honor a promise to replace a house salad that was missing last time we ordered out. I hope it was worth the $6.99. We will NEVER order or go in there again. I will be sure to tell every local Cocoa Beach person I know how I was treated and how the quality has gone down. Dan REFUSED to honor a promise made unless I jumped through his hoops. Our take out orders usually run around $75 when ordering for the four of us. We enjoyed taking out of town guest there for the fish tank and friendly service. NEVER AGAIN!!!! We are not thieves but the Shark Pit is!!!!
