Was a long time customer. Took a brand new white dress in to have some alterations to the pocket area. When I went to pick it up there was a brown stain right where they did the work. They told me that it had been there when I brought it in. I showed them that the tags were still on the dress and it had never been worn. They finally agreed to clean it but the stain only turned yellow. They claimed it was not their fault, they continued to say that the dress came in that way. They offered nothing to make things right, just stood there and told me it was my fault. I will NEVER go there again and if you value your clothes and your money you won't either
