That is no secretary....that is the owner's wife and co-owner. We have dealt with Rears for many years and the guys are great....more than make up for the person that answers the phone. She definately could use a course on dealing effectively with people. On a positve note she sure has a lasting effect on people.

Agree that the woman answering the phone can be a little gruff but after you get by her and to the right department you will receive quick and knowledgeable help with your problem. I have ordered parts from them for over 20 years and never have they failed me. Promptly shipped and the correct part every time. For a guy that's tough on equipment it makes a difference. Thanks Rear's.

I have done business with this company for decades both as a business and as an individual farmer. I cannot speak too highly on how they have treated me. I frequently deal with one of the owners. They go out of their way to meet my needs even as a small time farmer. I have purchased equipment from Rears based on their superb customer service and their straight forward designs. IT WORKS!!

If you call the secretary will immediately demand your name and company before she will even say hello to you. She will basically assault you like you're a criminal. When I told her I was out in the field on a job site and didn't have a lot of time she cut me off, talked over me, and ordered me to never call there again. I don't see this company staying open too much longer.
