Our first contact with Lucyx, was very positive. We had a toilet replace. The young man, Trampus, was professional and timely. He did a great job and we asked him to let the company know that we would be needing a gas line installed to a furnace and galvanized pipes replaced (repipe). We did not hear back, so husband made a call. He was told to call back multiple times. He left messages with the female receptionist and the last time was a young man who said he would get Travis to call back. He did explain they were busy and we understand, but expected a response. We just wanted on the list. I hope they know where Travis is because we certainly never made the contact with this elusive man after at least 5 calls. We still have not had a call back! We contacted another local plumber and the line was put in and the bid for the re-pipe was submitted very timely and professionally. I don’t think it is too much to expect a business to respond.

Highly recommend this company. Very professional and knowledgeable but also very cordial, helpful, informative and answered all my questions. In less than an hour they had my problems solved.

Very expensive even when they do very little. Had low water pressure in kitchen faucet, a leaking garbage disposal, and low water in toilet bowl. They came out and after a quick look told me to replace the faucet, replace the disposal and adjusted the water level on the toilet by replacing a rubber piece. $175 later I was pretty screwed. He didn't even have the common courtesy to give me a reach-around. My opinion, use someone else.

Have used this company for 40 years. They are dependable, knowledgable, courteous, and reasonable rates.

Tech called back after hours and was very polite. Unfortunately sump pumps are not in the books for this company.

Real hard worker and not super expensive
