They never answer phone. Mail delivery is very bad. I get different neighbors mail everyday and I am missing mail all the time. Mail has also been left on top of community boxes still in rubber bands and left behind by carrier. No one to report this to because they don't answer phone and don't care. Typical government run office.

I visited the post office on Minnewawa this morning and I was disappointed in the action of a federal postal service employee. A customer complained to the employee when she overhead the employee talking about Hispanics and how if they don't know English, they should go home. When the customer told the employee that was not right, the employee loudly told her that she was not talking to her and it was not her business. The employee continued to be rude and belligerent with the customer even after the customer asked for the supervisor. This employee should not be providing her personal political opinion to the customers and her behavior to the customer reflected her low opinion of minorities.
