Provided by YP.comMy girl had a battery die on her. She called AAA and they sent out the Simonian Towing company.
The person name was Shawn and he was disgusting looking and acting. His appearance was less than profesional. He was extremly discourtesy to my fiance and soon to be mother in law.
The dispatch was made at 12:12PM and they arrived at 1:15PM. The towing company is based in Clovis and the car had died in Clovis.
Before he left the scene, he made sure to literally throw the survey sheet at my soon to be mother in law.
Very disapointed and very upset.

Provided by YP.comMy mom locked her keys in the trunk. I called the company, explained that it was a keyless entry car, and that her keys were locked in her trunk. The guy said no problem, he would help her out. He got there, unlocked the car, then told her she needed to call a locksmith. He was very aware of the situation and left my aging mother stranded in an empty parking lot at 10 at night. Oh and he still charged her.
