We had a great experience from beginning to end! Teri is amazing! Joe came out to the house and showed us what was available and was a very nice guy. We spoke with Teri a lot over the phone and met with her at the office on many occasions. She worked with us to get us what we wanted and continued to work with us from selection to install. Anlin windows are great! They are great looking and function really well! We were able to pick out our locks (which happened to be the newer design) and have them customly located on the window and they ended up just the way we wanted them. The windows are great looking and very efficient., and they are easy to use and keep clean. The guys came out, got them installed in less than a full working day and we were good to go! I can't say enough about Teri and JZ, the family feel, and the comfort of knowing you could call or come by anytime made the experience a really good one. We are very picky about businesses, customer service, and service received and JZ really came through! I would recommend them to anyone, anytime!! Thank you guys!!
