My wife and I are so happy we chose GJ Gardner out of Clovis as our builder. As an 8-year Army Veteran I was looking to utilize my VA Loan benefit to construct our first home. We had an issue with our lender dropping the VA construction loan program that they had, if you can imagine we were pretty distraught but Ken and the team came through finding another lender for us that was much more suitable and made our dream happen. The team guided us step by step through the whole process and made our first build an enjoyable memory. Once the house was complete I brought my mother over to see the results, after seeing the look of awe and pride in her eyes I had a sense of peace and accomplishment wash over me. I highly recommend GJ Gardner out of Clovis their team and work ethic are excellent, they made my dream happen I know they can do the same for you!

It's easy to hide behind a screen name and make allegations toward any person or company. Some people just can't handle the truth and blames others for their problems. You could have cancelled your contract or chosen another builder.



My experience with GJ Gardner has been just the complete opposite of hello2424. They have gone out of their way to make sure ever detail of my home was just the way I wanted it. They gave us a price and that was it. If we made changes then of course we had to pay for them, but that was our choice to make the change, and of course if the change was an upgrade we would pay for it. Everyone was professional and did just what they promised!



PLEASE USE THIS COMPANY!

Do not use GJ Gardener...you will be sorry! The company is not honest. They are out to get your pocket book and have no intention of anything else. They never take blame for their errors. All errors is the customers fault!
