I had been using this store for a few years but I would not recommend it now. I never had the displeasure of ordering from them until now since I usually only shopped the racks. I ordered a top 5 weeks ago, at the time I was told a week, maybe two. Its been 5 weeks now! FIVE! I called to ask about the status and they say it should be here next week...that was week 3 going into week 4! Now I call back asking for a refund and they say it has to go back on the card I purchased with...the bank account is closed. They tell me my only other option is in store credit to which I told them I just got a job where I no longer have to buy uniforms, I wear the uniforms at work. They tell me they have other items...I am not spending over $100 on shoes I will not shop the shoes there..I will go to a shoe store for proper shoes...the owner says "Well then I guess I can't help you! Come get in store credit and then have a friend pay you for the credit and let them use the credit!" Wtf?! So that is assuming I have friends in the same line of work and I'm sorry why would they do that if there is no benefit for them? So then I would not get back my whole amount of money...maybe half! Damn con artists! If you are unable to give me my merchandise why can't I have my money...because they "have no control over delivery from suppliers" and can do nothing to get the top here...I think if they are unable to deliver they should be able to give my money back!
